Robert Nathaniel Dett (October 11, 1882 – October 2, 1943), often called R. Nathaniel Dett, was the composer in the United States and Canada. Biography

Throughout his lifespan, Dett continued to survey. Both summertime, he attended major national institutions. From either 1920 to1921, he attended Harvard University where he studied by owning Arthur Foote winning two prizes.
